A warm welcome to Marina de La Paz in Mexico – the latest user of our PacsoftNG marina management software.
Located within walking distance of the beautiful city of La Paz, Mexico, this family-owned marina has been home to cruisers since 1983.
The marina is on the doorstep of Balandra, a beach recognized as the most beautiful beach in Mexico, and the Mar de Cortés (Sea of Cortez) visitors sail through on arrival was once described by Jacques Cousteau as “the world’s aquarium”.
Marina general manager Maria Shroyer said she and her team found the slip reservation and visual marina features of Pacsoft particularly valuable.
“We reached out to Pacsoft because we wanted to change how we were keeping record of our slip reservations. We were using pencil and paper and we felt the need to update that method to something digital and more efficient,” she says.
“Our favorite thing about it is that you can see the boats in scale with their names in a digital map, we find it to be very useful. With Pacsoft is easy to create the bookings and do the vessel movements.”
