Automated bulk invoicing for recurring payments

With MarinaPay it’s simple to automate recurring customer payments, saving countless hours on monthly and annual invoicing. Credit card details are tokenised, ensuring gold-standard security and PCI compliance. Customer receipts are automated as part of this process, ensuring everyone is kept up to date and has what they need for tax purposes.

What is MarinaPay?
MarinaPay is an all-in-one payments solution designed specifically for marinas and boatyards. It helps streamline your payments process, providing you and your customers with a payment experience that’s second to none. MarinaPay integrates seamlessly with PacsoftNG marina management software and allows you to process customer payments online, including using a built-in payment gateway to process full payment or payment of remaining balances at checkout or from walk-ins.

How do I switch to MarinaPay?

What is the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is a paid add-on for PacsoftNG marina management software that you receive complementary if you sign on with MarinaPay. The portal makes it easy for marina customers to log in from anywhere, via their web browser, to update their personal and vessel information, upload any documentation required by your marina, and make payments online.

Will changing providers cause disruption to my business operations?
There will be no disruption or downtime to your business or credit operations. We will manage the switch seamlessly to ensure your customers and cashflow aren’t impacted.

What is the rate and fee structure for MarinaPay?
MarinaPay’s rates and fee structure are competitive with many existing third-party payment solutions providers. Our MarinaPay customer support team can discuss the best rate option for you and walk you through the charges.

Can I apply a surcharge to transactions?
Absolutely! This helps to minimise or fully offset the cost of your payment solution. You can make the surcharge a percentage of the total transaction and/or a set fee can be added during the MarinaPay application process. The payments report in your PacsoftNG system will show the total value of the transaction (booking value plus surcharge).

How long does it take for the payments to show up in my bank account?
Funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account the next business day after a customer makes a payment via MarinaPay, either online or using an on-site payment terminal

Where is MarinaPay available?
Good news! MarinaPay is available in New Zealand and Australia, and will be offered in Canada, USA and UK in the coming months.
