The Boat House Marina in Marathon sits right in the middle of this uneasy paradise, but with an on-site dry barn rated for winds up to 150 mph and PacsoftNG managing operations behind the scenes, the marina is built to handle whatever the season brings.
“Our dry barn is fully enclosed and the only one in Marathon rated for winds that high,” says Debbie Davis, Dock Manager at the facility.
The marina offers a mix of dry slips, wet slips and villas, many of which are rented out to visitors when their regular owners aren’t using them.
“When you stay with us it’s all in one – if you rent a villa it comes with a slip for your boat,” Debbie says.
Coordinating all the moving parts – bookings, invoicing, dockwalks, utility metering – could easily become a full-time headache, but fortunately for Debbie and her team, PacsoftNG keeps it manageable.
